Please use the Interventional Complications template when preparing your presentation. Note that the template includes guidelines for citations and a slide for speaker disclosures.
LOGOS FOR CRF AND Interventional Complications
Without express permission of CRF, the Interventional Complications logo or any part of it may not be used on any non-Interventional Complications materials including but not limited to websites, publications, signs, fliers, etc. that did not originate from or were not developed by CRF. In addition, no entity may imply either directly or indirectly that it is in any way affiliated with Interventional Complications without the express written permission of CRF. Product promotion that implies CRF endorsement and/or use of the CRF logo without the written consent of CRF is also prohibited.
